Refund Policy

1. Overview

We accept returns for most items within 15 days of delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need your order number and proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

To request a return, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the problem

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • your item is defective,

  • damaged, or

  • you received the wrong item.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


4. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the unwanted item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


5. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us via the Marvy Lara website.


6. Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you’ll be responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.
